Because of the ongoing success of the England Woman’s football team at the World Cup, the club’s AGM and the Lionesses game against Norway are both scheduled to start at the same time - 8pm on Thursday June 27.
In order to maximise attendance at the club’s AGM it has been decided to postpone this meeting until Thursday July 25.
All arrangements for the AGM as previously published on this website remain the same and the election of four directors from the following five nominees: Stanley Bernard, Clive Blunt, Adam Jones, Phil Merry and Sue Norwood will take place at the re-arranged AGM.

Roll up your sleeves, put on your old gear ... its club tidy up time!
On Saturday and Sunday June 29 and 30 the club will be undergoing its annual tidy up.
Anyone who has any time to spare over this coming weekend is encouraged to come along to the club to lend a hand.
And if you're a local tradesperson who is able to lend a hand, the club would welcome you with open arms.
There's general tidying, painting, clearing of rubbish that's needed so the ground looks in tip top shape for the start of the new season.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Just present yourself at the club dressed to work and you will be given a job that you can manage. Refreshments will be provided. If you turn up between 8.30am and 9.30am you’ll receive a complimentary bacon sandwich!
It is so important to get the clubhouse and surrounds ready for the new season and the more people who can lend a hand the quicker the work will get done.
Some of the jobs which need to be carried out are: clean kitchen, clean home and away dressing rooms, clean the referee’s room, start roof repairs, general clear up and strimming.
It doesn’t matter how good your DIY skill set is, any help you can give over the weekend will be greatly appreciated and you will be found a job to suit your capabilities.
